U HAul Flaged my account because of someone else credit problems Mobile Alabama

I tried to rent a trailer from Mobile Al UHaul co.. Sent a young man who does day work for us to pick up the trailer.

I called gave all the info. I then sent the young man to pick up the trailer along with my credit card.

When he got there they ran his drivers license, and denied him to pick up the trailer. He had an old bill. This young man is just an day laborer which we use.

So I went down my self to pick up the trailer. Again I was denied because of my credit card being flagged because of the young man . I explained to them I didnt know the young man personal, just as a business . They would not let me rent a uhaul unless I paid his bill.

Spent 2 hours on phone, was told just send someone else who had agood license and no problem could rent a trailer.

Again I sent someone else , they denied the trailer because of my credit info being linked to the Redman kid.

I don't understand how they can refuse me becaus eof someone else.
