Zipcar i would like to say that I been a memeber of zipcar for almost a year, and recently i had an unauthorized charged from the company. i called the call center to be told that i had owe them money from p cambridge, Massachusetts

i would like to say that I been a memeber of zipcar for almost a year, and recently i had an unauthorized charged from the company. i called the call center to be told that i had owe them money from previous reseverations (which is false because zipcar charges my card before my reseveration begins) i sopke to another rep,named chris harmas on sept 23. he told me the charge was a mistake, and alot of members was calling about the same thing and that i will be reversed the amount on my card. sept 29, i checked my debit card account and the charge was still there. i called up the card company and was told, they did recieve notice from Zipcar and that someone manually input numbers in the a credit card swiper. that evening i called Zipcar and spoke to a rep about the current problem, she did not know what she was talking about she stated that the billing dept did not contact my card company. I had asked to speak someone of higher position, i was put on hold of 15 mins!. i hunged up called back spoke to another rep! he said that a charge was not place on sept 23, (little did he know i had a copy of my statement in front of me). i read off to the rep the date and time the transaction took place. dumfounded he was,he said nothing.i also told him that i spoken to chris harmas and he was going to reverse the charge. (it gets better). the rep put me on hold for 5mins. another rep came on the phone posing as chris harmas! this guy said " hey this chris. spoke friday on the phone" i know it was not the same guy i had spoken to on friday. he voice was much deeper than that of the "real" chris, so i had ask him " what is your last name?"  he could not tell me. i hung up on him becuase i had enough of this bs. Now i have to take futher action against zipcar. I truly believe some fishy is going on. This company is robbing their customers and i'm not letting them get away with it!
