Auto One Warranty Company Gave approval to a service station to fix my car and the bill is $2700 and they said I have to pay not them Irivine California

My check engine light came on in my car. I was told it was my torque converter in my transmission. I took my car to AAMCO transmission station and the station got approval from the warranty co to fix my car without the warranty co speaking to me. Two weeks later after many phone calls and much greif the station fixed my car. Now the bill is $2700.00 and there telling me I have to pay for it there not going to pay for it. They told me I must pay and they will reimburse me $2000.00 because that is the max they pay for a transmission repair. But they will only reimburse me $2000.00 if I pay the remainder of my warranty which is 1700.00. This is not in there handbook that they give you. This is a scam. Im just glad I only paid about $400.00 into this warranty and not the whole $2100.00. I've filled a complaint with the BBB and I will be taking them to small claims court. I want justice this is not right. I wont stop till I get my $$$ back. Also the AAMCO station wasent willing to do anything to help me except trade me a old Ford Windstar for my Acura CL Type S.
