Auto Repair Warranty Michael F. Petruziello Auto Repair Group Stole My Money Class, There's Recourse!!! Cleveland, Ohio

I'm providing this information because it can only help those who have been scammed by these people.  As many of you have found out, Auto Repair Warranty (Auto Repair Group), is no longer in business.   I have been burned by this company TWICE.  I have two warranties with them, one I purchased in February 2006 and one in September 2009.  I decided to make a claim in mid January 2010 for the first time ever.  Well, you all know the rest of this story if you're posting on here...No positive outcome. I went right to my credit card company which I made payments on for the warranty that I purchased in 2009.   I was able to recoup the $1200 (I used the payment plan)  I spent on the warranty in September since I used my credit card.  You may want to explore this option, if you paid with a credit card.  There's a good chance you can get your money back especially if it's within a year or so.  As for the warranty I purchased in 2006 for $2600, my credit card company is still pursuing this, however I may not see this entire money, but rather a pro-rated amount.  Hey it's better than nothing! Litigation is always another possibility.    Since this all unfolded, I have been investigating (as many of you may have been) this company  and the people who are in charge of running it.  Michael F. Petruziello and Michael R. Petruziello are the names associated with Auto Repair Warranty according to the Cleveland BBB, and other sources.  It's a father and son operation.  I have found many useful pieces of information which clearly shows these people are scamming us.  First, Auto Repair Group is now Travelers Auto Warranty and/or Vehicle Support, this just in the past month or so.  Both companies according to the Cleveland BBB have Michael R. Petruziello as president/owner/manager and they are all connected back to Auto Repair Warranty.  I have two lawyers dealing with this.  There is plenty of other information that I have dug up.  Also, given the extensive "underground" corporate twists and scams by this father and son operation, there may be grounds for a class action lawsuit against them.  I am currently talking with a lawyer regarding this and if you are interested in getting on board I can give you his email.   Also, I would suggest filing with the Cleveland BBB, Ohio Attorney General, Customer Complaints, FTC, and you states insurance borough.  I know the lines/email at auto repair warranty are no longer working and many of you are frustrated with finding ways to contact these crooks , however I did find a few contact numbers which got me in touch with both Jr. & Sr.  so, if you want to contact the one's responsible for stealing hundreds of dollars from your pocket...here's what I have  Michael F. Petruziello 330-723-8573 (he will likely tell you that you have the wrong number and that there's nobody here by that name or anyone being associated or knowing anything about Auto Repair Warranty at least that's what he told me...who knows maybe it was a wrong number...yeah right ). Michael R. Petruziello (son)  866-317-4300 & 440-333-3153.  He is very nasty and will likely first pretend he has no affiliation with ARW (he answered saying Travelers Auto Warranty), then he will proceed to tell you your wasting your time and money pursuing ARW.  He will then hang up on you and he might actually call you back a few minutes later, yes he called me back after I threatened litigation!
