Batteries Plus I purchased a battery that they will not warrent. They told me the battery was bad but had to keep it for 24 hours, they actually kept it for 28 hours , they told me they had to keep it another 24 hou Frisco, Texas

I purchased a battery that went bad, took it to the store and they replaced it. The second battery also went bad in 3 months. When I returned it to the store they said they had to keep it 24 hours to see if they could get it to charge and they would call me. They kept it 28 hours and never called. When I stopped in they said they had to keep it an additional 24 hours because the battery had not charged and their warrenty policy says 24 hours. I contacted the supervisor and told him I was going to report them to the BBB he said all they would do is say that the battery had been abused " which it has not".

They then told me I could go to another store (not batteries plus), and if the battery they had did not take take a charge they would reimburse me. They admitted that the battery I purchased was a problem and that they were no longer stocking them. They should have done the right thing and simply replaced my battery with one that works. They know the battery is no good. I want others to know do not purchase anything from this company because they don't care about their customers and do not stand by their products.
