Continental Warranty I tried to cancel. Malibu California

I purchased this warranty plan on October 3, 2006 . August 12, 2008 my car needed front struts and claim was denied. So I called to get the necessary paper work I needed to submit to cancel the remaining 4 + years. I did all I was told and as yet have received nothing. I was told by the dealer where I purchased my car and had the work done that this company only rips the consumer off and even he was upset after talking to a claims rep. Any help I can get to get a refund would be greatly appreciated since in the less then 2 years I did not put 10,000 miles on car in that time period. In fact the actual mileage was 8328. Thank you
