BAIT & SWITCH SCAM on Autombile Warranty Policy from CONTINENTAL WARRANTY, A Division of MCG Enterprises, Inc., Backed by LYNDON PROPERTY INSURANCE COMPANY of St. Louis, MO 63017,also Backed by OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY of Tulsa, OK 74133.
Initial phone call from Mike Bergin at 888-244-0925 offered me an automobile warranty package for a reasonable price, requiring $200 refundable down payment. He stated that I had 30 days to review the policy. If during that 30 days I decided that the policy was not acceptable, I could cancel and receive my refund immediately.
at this time, I do not feel right Mike Bergin ask me to pay and and buy this policy before end this phone call? will I know this is not right ( push sales ). So I talk him Thank you! and I do not need it. he hand out but after 30 - 40 mins. Mike call again. I still talk him " NO I DO NOT NEED SERVICE" thank you for your help and calling...
Mike keep try to push me to buy the serives and I ask him thank you DO NOT need. and hand out the phone, This guy keep calling me for 20mins. I answer few phone and let him know I DO NOT NEED IT. he still keep calling and calling.. even I talk him NO! and stop calling he still keep calling. I talk him will report this to the gov't office! Wow Do you know what his answer : I do not care, you need buy the auto ext. warrty from me anyway.....
Just let where need know, Mr. Mike Bergin and his company need know the laws. and who is need the service this company sales, good luck~! I will not and ever doing business with this company or Mr. Mike Bergin....
