Continental Warranty/ MCG Enterprises, Thefts Malibu California

I called one day to have it stopped and they did not listen to me ,about having it stopped .I told them not to take it out of my checking account and they did it anyway like they had control over my bank account.

Then 2 weeks later they took $250.00 out of my bank account without my premission. So I then called them back and they told me that I would have to send them a email to close my account out then I would get a refund of my money ($250.00) back.

Now it has been 1 week I have not got a refund of $250.00. So I called them back and they are now telling me that it will take up to 40 days before i get my money back. I told them that i think i just will call me a lawer.He said it would not help me to call a lawer ,because they would not help me in this case at all .
