Dealer Services is a big scam, a huge rip off and should be closed down and the owner should be brought up on criminal charges which, I am going to pursue as well as expose them to the media. I have never been issued a policy number. Every time I call in to request that my warranty be cancelled, I get into an argument with a phone representative and I have had a rude manager to hang up on me. I am asked questions such as why do I want to cancel the policy? If I can’t afford the policy, then how can I afford the car? I have never received a copy of the policy in the mail. I stopped payment on the last payment due to your company refuse to cancel the warranty. Now I am being told that you never received a letter of request to cancel this warranty. My last call to your company I asked for a fax number; the representative refused to provide a fax number. It's been 2 months now that I have been arguing with this company, when they hear the word cancel they hung up after being argumentative and your policy never gets cancelled and they continue to withdraw the monthly payment from your account. I am closing my checking account to prevent them from making any further withdrawals. I looks like I will be seeing  them in court.
