Dealer Services Royal Services Contract program, Scam buyer beware Ocean, New Jersey

Recently my dodge srt check engine light came on. I took it up to autozone and hadd the codes read. They told me that my  cam sensor was bad and that was making my spark plugs misfire. When i called the warranty company what the problem was and they me it wasnt covered (even though he couldnt have had time to look it up) and when i asked why they told me they dont cover normal wear and tear on the car. So i put my husband on and he told them thats like saying everytime you do an oil change you should replace the gas tank. so end the end they told me to take it to the dealer and have them call them with a price as to what it would cost so they can give them an approval number.

I did just that. When they service people called them they were told they would call back (several times) and 3 hours later I called. They told the dervice people never called them so I handed the service guy the phone and they acted like they were going to  give an approval number and then changed there mind and tried to say that part was listed in my book as not being covered. of course i was very angry and told him this was news to me. they got all there money from me and i had never mad a claim. i asked for his name and he gave it to me buy not without him telling me they were the 3rd person servicer and i need to take it up with them.

I am taking all avenues to try and get my money back and the word out that they are scammers.....hang up as soon as they call
