I bought a Dodge 3500 cab and chassis work truck back in 2007 6.7L from a local dealer.  Since day 1 I was experiencing problems with this vehicle, it would shut off randomly in the middle of a road, and I could not brake or steer.  This vehicle has been to the dealer more than 8 times for the same
problem.  The problem is that I get a code on the console that says catalytic converter full see dealer now and the vehicle shuts off.

This vehicle has a Mileage of 50xxx miles which is not normal since its an 07 work vehicle.  I got frustrated of constantly taking the vehicle to the dealer that I just let it sit in my garage for a couple of years without using it.  I decided to move the vehicle in November 2011.

I went to the dealer November 2011 and the service manger told me he would take care of the problem, and would have my vehicle running in no time.  Days pass and I get a call from the service manger telling me that they need to replace the fuel pump and that it is not covered by the warranty since the vehicle had an aftermarket bed
(that they installed).  So I agreed to pay the 600 dollars and I get a call a couple of days later that my vehicle is up and running.

I went to pick up my vehicle and drove it around 10 miles when it shuts off in the middle of a busy highway, a semi nearly hit me and i almost hit the guard rails.  I call the service manager and tell him what happened and he was in shock.  The service manager had a tow truck come pick up my truck so that they could take a look at it.

I receive a call a couple of weeks later telling me that my truck had been serviced and it is ready for pick up.  I go to the dealer and this time my truck won’t even turn on, the manager was just scratching his head telling me that he had test driven it for 50 miles and it was working perfectly fine.

A couple of more weeks pass when I get a call from the service manager stating that I had to pay 2,500 dollars to get my vehicle serviced because they claim that my vehicle's exhaust had been tampered with!  I have never serviced my vehicle anywhere but at a dodge dealer so who could of tampered with my exhaust system?  I am extremely frustrated because my vehicles warranty is almost about to expire and Dodge still can’t fix my problem.  How can a company sell a vehicle and not even know how to fix it?  They can’t properly diagnose a problem so they go around and mess with my exhaust to clean their hands?  I will never buy another dodge vehicle nor will I ever recommend it to anyone stay away from these scumbags.
