paid $1860.00 for coverage, and never used it until recently. our check engine light came on in october, took it to repair center and they found the thermostat may be sticking, stated to take to dealership if comes back on. this was at 69,000 miles. light never came back on until now, (3mo later). took it immediately to dealer who found the thermostat is out and needs replacing....here is problem.....milage is 1,000 over contract 5yr/75000 miles.

contacted company for assistance being i have proof of pre-existing issue. was told out of milage and no assistance would be offered from them.

i would suggest people not to purchase anything from this company. they will take your money and leave you walking.
