Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. Very First Claim Filed with Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., DENIED. Deerfield Beach Florida

Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., located at 500 Jim Moran Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, has denied my very first Warranty Claim stating the part a flex airconditioning hose part number 92490-1Z610, was not covered under the company "Gold Plus" warranty contract.

The flexible hose was replaced by Sutherlin Automative Group of Fort Myers, Florida 33912, and they stated that the part was covered under the extended warranty, but that I would have to pay for the repair and submit the bill to Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc for reinbursement.

I have a 2003, Nissan Xterra, and when I purchased this vehicle from a KIA Dealer in Merritt Island Florida, on May 18, 2006, I also purchased a four year Gold Plus Extended Warranty from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., for $1390.72. I have never had to use the warranty until January 4, 2008, and then I was informed that this warranty is extremely limited.

Who would have thought that a Gold Plus Four Year Entended Warranty from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc would NOT cover even an
aircondition flex hose that I was charged $351.72.

On January 23, 2008, Jeff FFP, from Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. called my residence and left a message stating that the flexible aircondition hose was not covered, his phone number is # 1-800-327-5172, Ext 1207342.
