I have my car at Thomas Ford in McConnellsburg, PA. They say it needs a new engine. First Extended denies my claim as I do not have all receipts for oil changes and services.   I service my own vehicle.  Although the engine problem is not a result of lack of oil changes, they will not budge on their policy.  This is unacceptable.  I paid $1,900. for the policy and expect it to be honored.  I feel they are a fraudulent company and apparently have been ripping good honest people for years. Buyers, beware, a warranty service agreement is not all its cracked up to be.
