Purchased a warranty. No live person to communicate RE: claims. Has not sent any updated paperwork.  I have no idea how to submit claims...will try using email...customerservice@cdwsnow.com...uncertain if claims will be paid.

Company went out of business - another company bought them and are soliciting me for business. THEY are not helpful either....I didn't get their name; but supposedly this new company is going to send me information and I will update this report.

Stay away from these scams!
