bought warranty from auto palace brooklyn nyc paid 3800$ auto palace did not end up submitting payment to gwc warranty and now I have no warranty on my mercedes have already paidout almost

2000$ in repairs that would have been covered by warranty if it was valid.

Taking auto palace to court gwc although refuses to help out in any way with pricing to take to court with us .asked for dealer cost on warranty and they refuse to give me the information citing confidential between them and dealership.Although I have signed warranty with contract number in hand refuse to help.

So they allow a crooked corrupt dealership to represent there warranty company and careless that they rip off consumers buying there warranty contracts.And refuse to honor them or get involved with dealership who does this but allows them to continue to carry there contracts and fraudulently sell them to unaware innocent consumers who work hard for there money and allow this dealership to steal consumers money.  Do not buy there warrantys everrrrr they will not help yu in any way!!!!!!!!
