I bought a 2011 Ford Edge from Gwinnett Place Ford on October24, 2011.  I was sold a Service Contract for $1340.00.  I do not have a copy of this Service Contract. 

I called Gwinnett Place Ford and was given a number to call I called this number twice and the last time was told I should receive a copy (so I would know what I paid $1340 for) by the new year.  I have not received anything from Ford Motor regarding this service contract. 

It seems I have been ripped off for the $1340.
