Koons Ford Of Falls Church Refuse to repair a vehicle under warranty Falls Church Virginia

I was young at the time but every time I took my vehicle in for repair that was under warranty. The guy in the service department would be very nasty and rude to me, he would turn his back to me when I was talking to him, just very disresectful. The next time and the last time I took my vehicle in for repair the rude guy told me that they were not going to repair my car

I talked to the service manager who was also rude and disresectful to me and she told me that no repairs will be made to my vehicle she wouldn even look me in the face and than they both look at me with such hatered in ther eyes.

They just left me standing thier in the hallway with a broke down car they made me feel so bad and inferior at the time. They riped me off. I just wanted to share my story. DONT GO TO KOONS FORD!
