MBPI ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Kansas City Missouri

I paid over $1,500.00 for a warranty on my car.
I was to have protection untill 2004. I have had mechanical problems, and my mechanic informs me that my MBPI insurance can not honor my warrenty, that they are in Liquidation and I would have to pay the entire repair bill.

So not only am I out the 15 hundred dollars I paid in full for the policy thru MBPI, I have had to pay the repair bill of $900.00 out of my pocket as well.
They claim their carrier was in the WTC and that is why they are going thru liquidation. Excuse me, their offices are in Kansas City, Mo.
To use the WTC tragedy for their RIP OFF procedures is a SIN!

I am a widow, on a fixed income, and had to borrow money to get my car out of the shop.
THIS IS A RIP OFF INDEED! HELP!
