This company is a rip-off.  I paid in full for an extended warranty and maintained my 2004 E320 Mercedes according to manufactures specs.  My car stalled and would not start, I had it tow'd to mechanic who sent in picutures of my vin #, pictures of my tires (which had nothing to do with the vehicle break down), copy of odometor, and my mechanic did "everything as requested by this rip off company and they denied my claim because I did't use the car often enough.  But they kept my $2500.  I am now in the process of contacting my Attorney and suing them for the cost of repairs which total approximately $2,000.  MEPCO does not honor their warranty as stipulated and they are a "rip-off" and scam....BEWARE!!!!!
