NATIONWIDE AUTO&TRUCK WARRANTIES PEACE OF MINE TURN NIGHTMARE Internet

My wife and I bought a extended car warranty for a peace of mine after our factory had expired. We bought it thru Nationwide Car&Truck Warranties. The Company is base out of Litchfield Park Arizona. The Policy was about $3000.00. We put down a Deposit and pay the rest on a monthly plan. Three months and about 4000 plus miles into the policy. Our car has a Check Engine Light On. We brought it in to the Dealership for a diagnostic. They told us that the solinoid in the transmission is acting up, a few other things like power steering leak, wiring problem. They called in for a claim and it was Denied. I called and asked them why. At first they going to sent a inspector to take a look at it. But more then a week went by. Nothing happen. So, I called it back. They told me to get a second opinion. So, I took it to another shop. But the Engine Light wasn't on anymore. They also check out my power steering pump and wiring. They changed a couple light bulbs and couldn't pin-point the leak. They told me to drive it and if the light happen to come on or a leak happen to bring it back. After more then two months and another 3000 mile went by. I saw a leak. So i went back in. They checked and found a leaking power steering pump. They then call me and Nationwide Auto&Truck Warranties. Again it was Denied. So I called and left a few massages. a day later got a call back from Jim. after talking to him for 5 minute. He denied my claim. I said "omg Are you kidding me". He hung up. I called back and back. Finally called the sale Rep (Stacie). She told me that some one will call me back to settle my claim. An hour later, a guy called me. after talking 15 minutes with him. i know that this is going nowhere. I also asked him three time for his name. But he never gave it to me....So, I told him is this a Scam or something. Then He turn mean, loud, using profanity language and racial slir at me. He told me not to F call back ever and he going to Cancel my warranty.Then he went on and on. I had it. So i hung up on him... What kind of business is these people running. I just file a claim with BBB. So dont even think about buying anything from these guys....What a nightmare experience. Now i have to pay $900. for the p/s pump...Wow What a company. There goes our peace of mine.....
