NORTH TEXAS NISSAN ADDED WARRANTIES TO MY FINANCING PACKAGE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WONT CANCEL THEM CORINTH Texas

I purchased a 2007 Murano in October of '06. Got home with my paperwork and realized they added a service contract that I had declined. Went back the next day to finalize everything and told them I didnt want it. They had me sign a cancellation request and faxed it to NESNA, who handles service contracts and warranties for Nissan.

The VERY next day, they added another one to my account, for which i was unaware. I know it sounds like I should've known this was done but these guys are very tricky with moving numbers around. I didnt know that I had paid for a 100k contract until i purchased an Altima from another dealer a year later. It has been over 6 months (purchased the new car in November 07 and requested the initial contract be cancelled) and I still have not received my $976 refund. They say that the dealer will tell you they cancelled the contract but just sit on the paperwork. This seems to be the case. Apparently, the last time it was actually faxed over to NESNA to be cancelled, but they did not put their "dealer code" on the paperwork so it was rejected.

They are STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING CITIZENS!
