This company sells extended warranties through a company called "Warranty America". They make the warranty sound good, of course as usual if it's too good to be true it probably is. In truth on several occasions I have attempted to obtain pre-authorization or re-imbursement from this company for warranty work within their contract and one of two things has occured:

1. The company will re-imburse pennies on the dollar
2. The company will pre-authorize a mechanic for the work at a rate of pennies on the dollar
3. The company will simply refuse to pay (and refuse to offer any explanation).

Stay far away from these guys.
