This organization goes fron industry to industry destroying them and making consumers believe they are making a difference. After futher research they have a lawyer leading the ring that was a former state employee that convinces the public and retailers they are trying to make a difference. The only difference made is the companise with the most money who are generally the worst offenders get to stay and tell you they are a member and the honest people who cannot afford the fees get thrown out. SO Buyer Beware of this organization. Do not fall for the lawyer in charge bit, they are all earning a living off you, providing you with the worst of the worst recommendations in the industry. I spent $2,500 based on the reccomendation of these scammers who approved a company that I purchased a warranty from called Consumer Direct Warranty and they cover nothing. The Lawyer in charge Helen MacMurray from Ohio should be removed from practicing law and the Manager Larry Hecker is a joke who will not assist you at all. All they want you to do is provide them with enough information so they can charge dealers more money. This is the biggest fraud on the internet. Do not buy from any dealer they are associated with. Learn from my mistake. If you have had an issue with a warranty company call your local Attorney General and report this organization.
