Trader Buds Westside Dodge Warranty Scam bait and switch auto warranty and gap coverage/ resigning contracts Columbus Ohio

I purchased a vehicle froom Trader Buds westside dodge was told to give post dated check and that I was able to leave with the car that night. After signing all the paperwork for the first time with my mother we added a warranty and also GAP coverage on the vehicle since it was used.

2 days after leaving with the car the doors began to pop when i would open them. I was told that they would fix them and made an appointment with the service center. When i went to the shop I was told to go to another location further down the road. Upon going to the second location I was told that the first shop called and told them to tell me that they was not fixing it. After they had just told me to go to the other one for the repairs.

About 2 weeks after signing the first documents i was asked to come in and resign due to the car's price going down, was also told that i did not qualify for the gap coverage (in case the car was totaled to cover full price of car). When i went in to resign I was told the warranty was still included and that i only had to resign the paperwork regarding the price.

A week into having the vehicle the brakes went completely out I had to replace everything from the rotors to the brakes. Later that day it began to ran and though being told that it was a new top and not being able to see any documentation supporting that my car began to leak from every posible crack in the seals. Now having the car for 2months that suspension has gone bad and the car lot was sold due to chryslers stocks( so i was told).

After calling for 2 weeks with no return I go to the lot to find no cars or people. And now am being told that I did not purchase a warranty and that when i resigned the paper work he did not put that on there.

I just want to know who is responsible for all of this and why I cannot get any answers!!!!
