Ultimate Warranty Corp. Can't get repairs authorized. Rocky River Ohio

On March 23, 2007, I purchased an extended auto warranty for a 2004 Porsche Cayenne. I live in an area with few service outlets willing to perform service on this car, so I have been forced to use the dealership. I got one claim authorized and paid direct to the dealer late in 2007. I am now in need of transmission repair and was told by the claims department that I should take the car to AAMCO. My car has been at the Porsche dealer since December 2007. Nothing against AAMCO, but not everybody is willing to take on this repair.

After numerous phone calls, in which the claims personnel have gotten "testy" (I ask them to try and empathize with those of us who "thought" we had a warranty - if anyone has the right to be "testy" it's us) we are at an impasse. They will not send anyone to adjudicate the repair, will not take the repair recommendation of the dealer, and will not authorize the repair. It looks like they are trying to get me to violate the contract and proceed with the repair, absent the authorization.

I realize the parent organization is in "restructuring", and have made complaints to the Ohio, South Carolina, and Alabama Offices of the Attorney General. Phone calls to "Warranties 4 Wheels" and the Arizona company that charged my credit card are quickly answered with the disclaimer that "it's not their fault".
