Ultimate Warranty Corp. I paid $2,299.00 for a worthless warranty!! Rocky River Ohio

I am still trying to get my claim re-imbursed. Basically the company is in receivership which means all the rich Executives took 49 million dollars a few years ago from the funds that were supposed to pay for our car repairs. Then they said "Uh oh" and had to go to court to try to fix it, however they didn't. Basically all their personal assets were supposed to be liquidated to give money back to the Warranty Holders(me and you). From all I have read in the court documents online the rich people are now protected so we can't file a lien against them or take any legal action against the company. So yeah we're all just victims of the corporation yet again.

Two days ago I called them up to ask about the status of a claim I filed in Winter f
last year. They are covering a whopping $321 of the car's $2,500 repair bill. They
scammed me out of other things they were liable for by saying a fake agent had to come down and inspect my car. It could be 3 years or more until I am "reimbursed." The rich people win again and all of us LOSE.
