Ultimate Warranty Corp. Never got any kind of service. Rocky River Ohio

I tried to call Ultimate Warranty Corp from mid sept 07 to mid oct 07. I tried to reach them almost daily and was put on phone machine hold extended periods of time often for hours. I wanted to make sure everything was in order with my warranty so I could get some warranty work done on my truck before my warranty expired. Were they closed? I remember getting a message towards the end that they would be back answering the phones later that month. I filed a BBB report but I saw no action or activity from it. So here I am looking at extensive work that should have been done during my warranty. Anyone else have the same experience ? Looks like I may not be alone. If anyone is out there I have a claim issue.
