I have purchased the warranty with Ultimate Warranty Corp back in February 2005 for $1500. Last year in March 2008 I had work done on my car that came out to be close to $1000. Ultimate Warranty approved the claim, but as everyone else, I am still waiting for my refund, and today is July 7, 2009. I just spoke to some lady that I could barely understand, and she said that the company is in receivership and that it could take up to 3 years to get the money back. I asked to speak to someone from ultimate corp, but she said that that is not possible.
Do you guys think that my personal lawyer could do anything in this case?
