Buyer Beware, Ultimate Warranty Corp was contacted with information regarding my cancellation. They refuse to answer Phone Calls.

The warranty I believe has been Fraudulently sold to me in the State of Utah.

Unbeknownst to me on the reverse of the Contract Under Utah, It states that Coverage Afforded Under this Contract is not Guaranteed by the Property and Casualty Guarantee Association.

This contract was sold to be by Snow Canyon Motorsports of Utah.

I think I have been ripped off with regards to this warranty.

it is difficult to rebut any complaint without further information. posting detremental comments without proof is irresponsible. if "mike" would like to call me personally, i will address his complaint. Ultimate Warranty Corp. is a national company doing business in 50 states and the Virgin Islands. it is not our practice to ignore customers.
