Ultimate Warranty Corporation I'm one more person that Ultimate Warranty has ripped off!!! Rocky River Ohio

Well, add my name to the others that have been ripped off by Ultimate Warranty Corporation.

After making $1500 in service contract warranty payments, I tried to make my first and only claim this past October. Well, you guessed it. By that time they had gone under and my contract wasn't worth the paper it was written on.

So after I learned of their demise from the company I bought the contract from initially, First National Warranty (in Florida), I stopped making payments to MEPCO Finance, the company who was collecting payments for either Ultimate of First National - I'm still confused as to all the players in this mess. I notified First National that I was cancelling the policy and still got notices from MEPCO trying to collect payments.

Meanwhile, I had to have my car repaired so I had to pay an addition $603.00 out of pocket because my contract with all these scam artists had been breached. I've filled complaints with the BBB of South Florida and The Florida State's Attorney Office because I bought the contract from First National which is located in Fort Lauderdale Florida. OH - what a mess.

So now I'm out the $1500 I've paid on this worthless contract not to mention an additional $600+ to get my car repaired. I'm steaming mad and want very much to become part of class action suit against these scam artists.
