When I first called fidelis I spoke with a gilr named Nicole.  I told her I had a Toyota Avalon with 151000 miles on it and I wanted to know what was covered and what the deductable was.  She called me back and told me everything was covered and no deductable.  The warranty would cost me $1900.00 and I would have to pay $100.00 down and $75.00 for 24 months.  I then ask her specificaly if all the seals and gaskets were covered and she said yes.  I had an avalon before and it needed valve cover gaskets at 180000 miles.  I told her to signed me up and I would have my daughter call her about this warranty.  She told me they would send me $ 50.00 for the recomentation.  (Never got it)  5 months later I had a leak under my car, took it to the toyota dealer, I needed a new valve cover gasket, I gave them the Warranty and they said the gasket was not covered and it would cost me $590.00.  When I got home I read the Warranty and it said that the gasket would be covered if something else took it out.  I thought my fault, I didn't read it right.  A motnh later my daughters Radiator blew and she called Fidelis.  They said Radiators were not covered.  Thats when we both called and told them we want to cancel and we wanted a full refund, since they had done nothing to the cars. Up to that point I had paid them $850,00.  To make a long story short they sent me a $75.00 refund. I called them and told them this was not acceptable and I wanted a full statement of account of how the came up with $75.00, they said they would send it.  Never heard from them again.  AS far as I am concerned they swindled me out $775.00 and I don't know how much my daughter lost.
