Ultimate Warranty Corporation Still Not Paying Rocky River Ohio

Well you get an answer on the phone if you wait long enough but still no satisfaction or true answers. They don't say their out of business but that The State or Georgia has a hold on their funds. Seems if you call the State of Georgia they say this is bull. Seems David A. Michael The CEO is having a great Christmas with all our money. We should send him a card his last address was 20952 Beaconsfield Blvd Rocky River, Ohio 44116 or call him at 440 381 5003 and wish good luck any new endeavors.
Seems the company is insured by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida 888-283-0945 and American Resources Insurance Company of Mobile, AL 251-633-2944 But expecting them to pay is a worst trip.

It's not the fact only they failed to pay repair claims but I'm left with no warranty. By no means do I want a refund on my policy, I want claims paid and my warranty for the duration of the contract. A refund will not even cover the cost of purchasing a contract with a reputable company most vehicles are now too late to buy coverage again.. Seems everyone is between a rock and a hard place.

I've tried reporting to Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Cuyahoga County, Ohio and only one answer from North Carolina with an insurance company and a good luck.

Don't give up, flood the government, politicians and media with emails complaints, and letters this is a lot bigger ripoff than you or they could imagine.
