Bought a plan from these jerks on my 2002 Kia in 2006. Warranty was paid off in monthly installments in March 2008. I had some trouble with my Kia and had it towed to a mechanic. He determined that it was the timing belt, water pump and valves. These were all covered according to my warranty. When he called Warranty HQ, they would not authorize any repairs. If they had covered at as much as I had paid them I would not have any hard feeling. But they would not pay anything. They are a rip-off!!
