Warranty Experts automotive extended warranty rip-offs, wouldn't authorize repairs, won't give refund San Antonio Texas

i purchased an extended warranty for my wifes car on 11/08/06. i paid $1,400.00 for the warranty. after several repairs were denied by the company, I requested the cancellation of the said warranty; on 08/09/07. after not hearing anything from WARRANTY EXPERTS after 2 months i called to see what was going on. Jayson flowers stated that the cancellation request was fowarded to the insurance company "WESTERN GENERAL" , and it was now out of there hands. i then called the insurance company "WESTERN GENERAL" they said they had not recieved a cancellation request from WARRANTY EXPERTS. i then faxed all copies of the cancellation request to WESTERN GENERAL, in which i had already submitted to WARRANTY EXPERTS.

WESTERN GENERAL then called me back 2 weeks later and stated the the cancellation was done and the refund forwarded to WARRANTY EXPERTS, the agent that wrote my contract. I have made several phone calls to WARRANTY EXPERTS with no one answering my calls, and no one returning my calls after leaving numerous messages.

i then contacted the BBB. The BBB then contacted me 30 days later and said that they have not recieved any corrispondance from WARRANTY EXPERTS. they then dropped the complaint stating that they can not make WARRANTY EXPERTS refund my money.

It has been 7 months since i have cancelled my warranty with WARRANTY EXPERTS and have not heard anything from WARRANTY EXPERTS. Perhaps this is one of the reasons that WARRANTY EXPERTS is no longer a member of the BBB.

I belive that Jayson Flowers, Dave Gardner, and Jackie Thompson from WARRANTY EXPERTS intend to keep my refund, and avoid me at all costs.
