My business partner and I purchased a warranty for a boat with these guys. After a few days we decided to cancel due to some information received. No one would return our calls our emails until finally a guy named Jason told us just to send the contract in stating we would cancel. We did that. Of course they had already taken the money out of our account. When i asked for the money back it took several calls and a threat to the BBB.

When Dave called us back, he was incredibily rude calling me a "rude *&*&" and "stupid broad". All this because we did not send the contract back registered mail and they had not record of it. I explained his process might want to include instructing his customers to do that and he called me "stupid" again. I also said I would send over another contract letter if he wanted.

He is now claiming since the policy was purchased by my business partner and not me, he is not giving me back the money because it's insurance fraud because the boat is in my name. This would have been really handy information to have disclosed upon taking our money intitally. I would steer very clear from this hateful and disrespectful company. We are telling all of our RV and boat purchasers to find someone else because we don't want the same experience to happen again to some other unsuspecting consumer.

Sharon did not Purchase the warranty contract. Sharon wants someone else's money refunded and credited to her credit card!

First let me say, that Sharon DID NOT purchase the warranty contract from our company and therefore has no claim to any refund. That is why she is trying to get relief in this forum.

Warranty Experts have been in the business of selling Warranty Contracts since 1985. As everyone can see, we have not had Any warranty claims issues or complaints since that time.

The main reason that we have no warranty claims complaints is Warranty Experts sells the best exclusionary coverage on the market including Seals and Gaskets and Normal Wear and Tear coverage for the life of the warranty contract. Most of our competitors don't even offer this coverage or they limit it to 5 years or 50,000 miles from the year of the vehicle, which ever occurs first.

Warranty contracts are backed by Insurance laws. The Warranty Contract and Insurance law is very specific. Only the original contract purchaser may get the refund and if the warranty was purchased on a credit card, then the refund must only go back to the original purchaser's credit card of the warranty contract. It is NOT Transferable.

Sharon wants to have the refund get credited to her credit card even though she did not purchase the warranty contract. By Law, This is simply not an option. If this were the case, then anyone could cancel your Warranty Contract and have your money for the refund sent directly to them. We did not write the law but it makes perfectly good sense to me why the law is in place.

I would also like to add, that I have never called any woman a stupid Broad. I have never used this term in my life before this response. I understand Sharon is upset at the law and we have no control over it but making false and defamatory personal statements about me is not correct. I have spoken at 100's of RV Ralley's and to 1,000's of RVer's over the years who can attest to my personal domineer and reputation.

If you do decide to purchase an Extended Warranty Contract from our company or from your Dealer, Please take the time to read the Coverage and contract before you sign it.

Again, since Sharon did not buy the warranty contract from our company, she has no right to the refund or complaint against our company.

Your comments are completely false and untrue. We have stated all along we would take the money back however you would like to provide it. That is CLEARLY stated in the comments section. You are avoiding giving money back for something not purchased and that's cheating - simple.

NOT RESOLVED -unethical and company lies about refunds!

Dave Gardner told me if I listed the issue on this website as closed he would refund my money. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND HE IS NOT RETURNING CALLS OR RESPONDING! Company is unethical and if you notice, BBB seal has been taken off the website as a result of irresponsible business practices.
