when you purchase an auto warranty from warranty experts they advertise a money back guarantee if you do not use the warrantee during the term of the contract. What they dont tell you is that you must go to their website and look under FAQ (i had never even heard of that term) and scroll through numerous questions asked by other people to find out how to go about exercising your money back guarantee option. This must be done 30 days prior to the end of the contract and cannot be done later than that. Unfortunately we did not think of it until the end of the contract which is what most people would do. This is not disclosed by the warrantee experts and when you call the company representative Dave Gardner, the only person in the office that I was allowed to speak to he is condescending and rude and if he doesnt like your attitude he flatly refuses to help you. I even tried hanging up on him and low and behold the wonders of caller id he called me back to tell me that he had no intentions of helping me. Somebody needs to work on their customer service skills. Dont buy a warrantee from these guys they are banking that you wont keep returning to their website to look up the information that should have been disclosed in the first place.

I purchased an auto warranty from warrantyexperts.com for my 70+ year old parents when they purchased a wheel chair van. The information that I recieved from Warrantyexperts.com via email from their sales rep stated that if the warranty wasnt used during the contract term there was a money back guarantee. What we didnt know was that to get this you need to find your way to warrantyexperts.com website, look under faq (a term I had never heard of until today) there you will find the terms of the money back guarantee. When I called warranty experts and spoke to the only person they would allow me to speak to Dave Gardner, he was rude and condescening. I got so sick of his lecture about my attitude when I expressed my displeasure at his ommission of the information necessary to collect on the money back guarantee that i ended up hanging up on him. His response was to look at his caller id call me back at work and tell me he didnt like my attitude and wasnt going to help me. I had to laugh I never thought he would. He wasnt truthful during the entire course of the conversation. Someone needs to work on his customer service skills. Dont buy a warranty from warrantyexpert.com. I now dont even know if they would have honored a claim for repairs they are so shady. $1900 out the window
