WPC Associates, Vehicle Warranty Company went out of business without warning to consumers before I needed a major repair Harrisburg Pennsylvania

On October 1 2005 I financed a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a place called Lebates Auto Sales on Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia and about 3 months ago I received a phone call from the finance company (United Auto Credit ) telling me that my extended warranty company has went out of business without further notice (WPC Associates Vehicle Warranty Company) and any major repairs that will be needed to my Jeep will have to come out of my pockets despite the fact that I'm still paying the car note for the Jeep, I have about 14 months left on my financing agreement of 3 years with United Auto Credit and on July 3 2007 at 11:45 am the Transmission died on me at Taco Bell Located at Red lion Road and Roosevelt Blvd here in Philadelphia Pa. I can't get the Jeep fixed because the extended warranty company is out of business and that's not my fault should I continue paying my car note eventhough the Jeep is not running because if I don't I fear my auto credit will get bad or should I not pay my car note and put the car note money $265.00 in some kind of escrow account, because I know that United Auto Credit will take me to court if they don't get their money I need your help so bad I can cry I never had so much bad luck with a car in my entire life I'm a single dad with two kids and this was my only means of transportation unless I wrode the bus but I work all the way out in the Great North East on the 2800 Block of Red Lion Road and I live North Central Philadelphia it takes me almost 2 hours to get to work by public Transportation when it normally takes 30 minutes by my Jeep. please get back to me and let me know what my options are because I'm currently at wits end
