So far I have been charged $37.00... 3 times on my credit card for your CompletePilot training program. This does not reflect well on this company, nor would I think you would want this kind of situation to occur to their  customers or do they.

 Twice it was charged on my card from CLKBANK, and once from another company named... Computer Software Stores, all for $37.00. I am very upset over this and feel that after making a decision to buy your product, I have been mis-lead by the ad and that my credit card has been compromised. I have canceled my credit cards because of this. I wish to enact a full refund of all charges as per their "guarantee". What do you think my chances are!

 To say I am disappointed at this point is really an understatement in the field of avaition!  A sad day when to all that puts their trust in this kind of ad-scam when wanting to learn. This guy may very well be preying on your dream.

I have no faith in this company because no one has gotten back to me or tried to resolve this.

Imagine the person that checks his credit card account at the end of  the month only to find out he has been charge 3,4,5 6 or 7 times and then the time, money and energy to resolve it....A nightmare!

The other side of this is that they lead you to believe that they are mailing you this full training package only to find out you have to down load the whole thing in a non-comprehensible format that makes little sense on how to approach the training and most of the files are from the FAA which you can get for free as well as the fact the 6 items of  the package had damaged files. And then they  try and sell you more stuff while you are trying to figure out what to do on down loading and what is what.

Below is the charges all within 6 hours. Luckly I have a early warning system set up with my Ccard company and my cell phone for un-authorz'd charges and caught this in time.

(1) RE: Account ending in 0416 EARL, As requested, we are notifying you that on NOV 17, 10 at CLKBANK*COM DOWNLOAD, $37.00 was charged to your Capital One VISA SIGNATURE account.

(2)RE: Account ending in 0416 EARL, As requested, we are notifying you that on NOV 18, 10 at COMPUTER SOFTWARE STORES, $37.00 was charged to your Capital One VISA SIGNATURE account.

(3)RE: Account ending in 0416 EARL, As requested, we are notifying you that on NOV 17, 10 at CLKBANK*COM DOWNLOAD, $37.00 was charged to your Capital One VISA SIGNATURE account.

Bottom line is I will get this resolved sooner or later.  The real question is whether or not YOU want to take the chance and learn my lesson as well.  We all would be well advise to know and remember... if it sounds to good to be true... It sure the hell is! Trust me, I have learn a good lesson and in retospect... it was cheap thanks to Cap One and my cell phone.

Oh, by the way Cap One close the account within seconds and got me a new card in 48hrs. They are the best!
