Premair This Company ripped us off, They were supposed to pay us $ 5000 refund since October 2007 and so far they have paid only $2500/- and that was in June 2008. Now they dont respond to emails or to phone calls. Federal Way Washington

In September2007 , my friend and I applied to Premair INC , Washington , for flight training and we paid a deposit of $5000 . Due to unavoidable circumstances we had to cancel in a weeks time. They (CHRISTINE AND GEORGE WINKLESETH OF PREMAIR) promised to return or refund our money.The training was supposed to start in January 2008 . According to their contract if we cancelled atleast 10 days before it was alright. We cancelled 3 months before the start date. Anyways both the above mentioned people promised us they will pay and since then they ve been beating us around the bush giving us various excuses. In june 2008 they paid $2500 but since then they dont come to the phone or respond to emails. I have copies of emails and phone converstaions by both of them , promising me that they will return the money. We are foreigners, not americans and we cant believe that these ppl ripped us off. Can some one please help us , can anyone tell us what we can do in order to get this money back . we are helpless, my email is (((Redacted)))
