I order this course on Oct. 30, 2009. It is now Dec 21, 2009 and still have not received my course. I have contacted the company support team on many occasions trying to resolve this issue.
Out of the 12 messages I have sent, I have received an answer to 4. The first time I questioned the delivery of my course, I received an answer back saying that the item shipped from China 2 days after they receive payment. And once the order was placed for shipping it was out of Bruce Hogan companies hands. They said I should wait another week or so. If I did not receive the course to let them know.
10 days later I let them know I had not received the course. They finally contacted me and had me e-mail their shipping dept. saying they needed to do a priority shipment of my course. I did this. It is now 3 weeks since I e-mailed their shipping dept and still no course.
I sent them a message telling them I wanted my money back. They won't even answer that message and I still have not been refunded my money.
I sent another message telling them that I was going to contact every pilot forum I could find and expose them for the way they do business. One week after I sent that message to them they sent me a reply saying almost exactly what the first message they sent. Saying that once order was placed it was out of their hands, and that I should wait another week or so and that if I had any problems to please contact them.
I have even left comments on some of the articles that Bruce Hogan writes that are on the internet asking him to contact me so we can resolve this. He still has not contacted me.
My advice do not do business with anyone that has their product shipped from another country and does not have a phone # so you can contact them directly. With Bruce Hogans Private Pilot course you give him your money, while receiving your course is out of his hands. But your money isn't.
