Heavens Little Stuff Rips You Off Took 3,000.00 and didnt send my items Internet

I spent more then 3,000.00 a year ago and still havent recieved all my merchandise. What i did recieve was ripped, smashed, torn, etc. Most was not usable.
Then to top it off I spent more then 300.00 extra on shipping because my items came postage due.
They do not send their merchandise took 2-5 months for everything i recieved. They do not answer emails, or letters. Even sent letters certified and nothing.
Do not buy from them maybe if we all quit buying from these companies they will quit messing everyone up!
All information can be verified!
All I want is my money back but you cant even get that!

I have been buying from them for a few years now and have never ever had a problem. I think the problem with these customers is that they dont read the description correct.If you do then you will find that you might get get what you think is in a case. I have read some of the complaints and they all say the same thing. They did not get as many items as they though they should have . Well if you read some cases are only 3 or 4 per case. One comment was they only received 6 instead of 12. If you read the description the cases are differnt and not all cases are 12. That the thing about internet ordering is you NEED to read.. I just wanted to say that because it seams they are giving this company a bad name when in fact in the 4 years I have benn ordering I have never had a probelm nor have any of my freinds that also buy from them. Just my veiw.. They are a great company and the cheapest on the net or even in any store I have found.
