I placed an order with this company on 10/16/11, for a personalized baby plate, paying an additional fee for rush processing. Order number was: #IYN-15919. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order, and I received an automatic order confirmation email with a link to check on the status of the order (which does not work).
 
When the order did not arrive in a timely manner I emailed on 11/17/11. I tried another email on 12/19. I have also called their number. There has been absolutely no response by email, no return call. I am fed up.
