Mamabear's Baby Boutique RIP-OFF Company, Unreachable, Never Received, Internet

This company should be shut down. I ordered a Peek-A-Boo Pooh Memory Book loose leaf style for my sister's first baby and have yet to receive it. I ordered it on 10-2-09 and it is now 10-30-09. The cost was $46.95 with shipping. Website says shipping is with in 2-3 days. I have tried to figure out how to track package because it shows order has already shipped but there are no good phone numbers or addresses of where it is shipping from. Emailing did not work because no one replied to any of the 5 emails I have sent. My bank account was charged immediately but they have no information on the company my money went to. Now I am going to my bank to dispute this charge for "non receipt of merchandise". This company needs to be fined and shut down for ripping off their consumers. After searching the web, I have found many others that have the same experience as me.
