On 11/8/2010 at approx. 0930 am I was informed by another Business that our pictures of our merchandise, models and our clients models were being used by Nalagrace.com. A client had emailed the other business which in-turn emailed me. Two of these pictures were of my model and one picture was of my client's model. The items of mine that were listed on the website were inflated in price by roughly 25%. I emailed the contact information on the website at approx. 1145 am and instructed her to take them down by the end of the business day. As of 900pm on 11/ 8/2010 I have yet to receive a response from the business and the pictures of my merchandise and model are still posted on her website, without my consent.

Can you please contact me when you receive this email and if there will be any legal action taken towards this. Thank You.

No photos were used on the online website that were not taken by the owner or provided on supplier websites for the items. If you are the original owner of the photographs, I would suggest you watermark the photos so they can not be distributed. Otherwise, contact the supplier to make sure they are making it clear to take your photos down as supply photos for their customers to use!
