I ordered from this "company" over a month ago. At first it seemed legit,I got their site off of Craigslist,placed my order and of course my card was charged with no problem.10 days later I emailed them,it states on their site most orders will not take any longer then 7 days,ha! They emailed me back with the same story others have reported,here is a copy of that email...

verything is handmade, so it does sometimes take a little time to be made. I typically get 5-10 orders daily & work on them in the order they are recieved. I'm scheduled to start on your order this evening. Thanks!! Heather

Well,that is a great example of false advertising right there. I then let it go thinking okay they're just slow,2 weeks later still nothing,so I began emailing again,now I am getting no response from them! I will continue filing bad reports and continue until justice is served,I will never ever order here again and hope others do their research before using this "company". Horrible

The owner of Nala Grace did respond to the Dept of Justice regarding my complaint- Of course saying that it was shipped and must have gotten lost, although she also said I told her to cancel the order and a few other excuses as well. I did get my money back in the end :-)

CONSUMER SUGGESTION!

NalaGrace.com has officially been SHUTDOWN.  If you did not receive your merchandise, call your credit card company & tell them  you want to open a dispute because you never recieved your merchandise. 
You WILL be issued a refund after about a week of the case being open unless she can prove that the merchandise was shipped.  It is as simple as that!!

Company was not a "scam" they just took forever to ship out the product and never checked e-mail.  My order was missing 1 item and i got in touch with someone they brought in & I got my missing item.  her e-mail is amyturvu@hotmail.com

You keep telling people to contact this "Amy" person because she took care of you, but then on other posts you act as if you are the amy person and that you gave them a refund and "extra goodies".

I didn't claim to be Amy.. I said to contact amyturvu@hotmail.com. 

However I am helping forward these previous customers to amyturvu@hotmail.com, because I originally forwarded copy of these "claims" to them with names/cities or any other info, and her response to any of the claims is what was posted (some copy/pasted here too).  I was helped, and I'm trying to help any others who might have needed help.
