I am pretty disappointed in this company.  The website looks so professional, the bows look great in pics, and the prices are good too.  I was really looking forward to doing a lot of business here.  In either late October or early November 2010, I completed the form to become a wholesale customer.  The site states that you will receive your wholesaler password SAME DAY.  A few days went by & still having not received it, I emailed the company.  Several more days went by & I emailed again.  (This should have been my sign to NOT order from this site.)  I never heard back from them on my two personalized emails, but on Dec 3rd (a month or more later, not same day) I rcvd an email that I had been approved for wholesale.  I replied to that email, and was told that the company who hosts her site was having issues and she never got my emails.  She seemed really nice and we talked back & forth via email (she said they are in Greenville, NC), and on 12/7 I placed a very large order of around $250 (before my discount).  I asked her if there was any way I would rcv the order before Christmas, because I wanted to have them out at my shop before then.  If she would have said no, I would have understood!  She asked me to email her a "reminder" the weeked of the 12th, and that she should be able to do it that weekend and have the order to me before Christmas.  I emailed her a reminder that weekend, and have sent her approximately 6-8 emails since then, and have not heard one word back.  I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking something may be wrong - until I found all these reports on Rip Off Report. 

I don't like to talk bad about other companies, and I am chalking it up to that she is probably one person trying to handle all of these orders out of her house, but she shouldn't have her site set up to show that she CAN handle it if she's having all these issues.  And most of all, I think those of us who ARE reporting Nala Grace, would be a lot more understanding if we could even get a simple response!  It is horrible customer service to take people's money (esp in these hard times) and then not even follow up or respond.

My order has said "shipped" for many days now (maybe weeks but I wasn't looking), but I suspect that I should probably start chasing my money back down since I've read now that other people's orders said "shipped" and never made it.  :0(

NalaGrace.com has officially been SHUTDOWN.  If you did not receive your merchandise, call your credit card company & tell them  you want to open a dispute because you never recieved your merchandise.
You WILL be issued a refund after about a week of the case being open unless she can prove that the merchandise was shipped.  It is as simple as that!!

Got my money back thru my bank....

Thankfully, I was still w/in the allotted time that my own bank (which debit/credit card I had used) allows me to file a dispute.  They credited my money back and gave NG a certain amount of time to respond, and of course they didn't.  So - I DID get my money back, but still never a word from this company.  Thanks for the info and GLAD they have been shut down so they can't take advantage of any more people!!!

When the company was made aware of it, she did not respond to the chargeback you placed so that a refund was issued to her (which she paid).  I'm glad you did get your money back, and I'm sorry for the wait you endured - e-mails and keeping up with communication was definitely not a strong suit!  I'm very sorry for your wait!
