I ordered baby hair items.  This was crochted hats, headband and hairbow.  They were order on December 13th and website said it could take up to 2 weeks to ship.  It has been 5 weeks and they do not respond to E Mails and they have no phone number or address.  They charged my account over $30 but I have not seen any items shipped

CONSUMER SUGGESTION!

NalaGrace.com has officially been SHUTDOWN.  If you did not receive your merchandise, call your credit card company & tell them  you want to open a dispute because you never recieved your merchandise.
You WILL be issued a refund after about a week of the case being open unless she can prove that the merchandise was shipped.  It is as simple as that!!

Under your name, and e-mail, there is no known order in December.  There are many reports processed on the same day so I am wondering if this is a ficticious person creating the reports.  If it is not, and you are missing an order you may have placed in December, please contact amyturvu@hotmail.com Thanks!
