In November 2010, I ordered hairbows and headbands from nalagrace. The information was processed and paid for, I have the receipt generated by the company. The website said that the bows were handmade, and to expect 2- 7 days to ship. Sounded reasonable enough.

I have emailed this company 5 times. One time I received a response saying that my order would ship that week. That email was received on January 18, 2011. Still no bows and no more emails. There is no contact information on their website other than an email address.

I am very unhappy as to the fact that I ordered these bows in plenty of time for my March 1, 2011 delivery date. I was expecting to use these for pictures in the hospital and to bring my baby home in.

This company has very poor customer service. I wish that I had done more research before ordering from them.

Still no response from Nala Grace

A Nala Grace employee/owner filed a rebuttal for my claim.  She indicated that she didn't have an order and to email her directly.
I emailed her at the given email address of amyturvu@hotmail.com  on May 28, 2011. I gave her my order number.  She said that would look into it quickly. I still have not received a response.
