Snugwee Baby Stuff ripoff did not ship items ordered and billed Internet

I ordered two All-In-One diapers from snugwee.com on July 14, 2004 and was charged for the diapers but never received them. Each diaper was worth $22.50 for an order total of $45.00.
After e-mailing the company about the problem on July 24, 2004 I received the following reply:
I just got this email.
Sorry about that, I had a tech do some things and apparently things aren't working the way they should be.
I will get your DC # and send the info later this afternoon.

This customer did receive a refund. The order was paid through Paypal and history of the refund is detailed. Very sorry for the inconvenience to the customer. Either package was never shipped (our fault) or it was lost (bummer.) Either way, the customer did receive her money back. This is the only complaint you will find about SnugWee. All other feedback in reviews are positive. We are well known for our dedication to excellent customer service. We do highly recommend that people choose delivery confirmation tracking on items. It is impossible to find out where something goes when it gets lost. We take full responsibility for the customer's satisfaction and are sorry she did not have a happy experience with SnugWee.
